To initiate a return for a damaged product, please email us at support@houseofmysticpurple.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number in the subject line. Please ensure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging for a smooth return process.
Refunds or exchanges will be issued based on the situation. For damaged products, please share a photo and video of the product opening along with your order number via WhatsApp at +91-9619595551. Return shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated via WhatsApp.
